These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Traky project management platform ("traky.in", the "Service"), operated by Nexcore Alliance LLP ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Traky is a unified workforce and project management platform designed for organizations — featuring multi-role dynamic panels (Admin, Dept Head, Employee), daily progress logs, issue/bug tracking, task management, and knowledge transfer (KT) documentation — accessed via the web dashboard.
Accounts are provisioned by an organization or company (the "Organization") for its administrators, department heads, and employees. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account using secure short-lived JWT sessions. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@nexcorealliance.com.

Fees for the Service are set out in the agreement between the Company and the subscribing Organization and are billed directly, outside of standard self-service flows where applicable. Individual team members and employees are not charged directly to use the Service.
Our collection and use of personal and organization data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Organization data and user records are permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days of contract termination or account deletion requests.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and interactive interface elements, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service — only a limited, non-transferable right to use it as intended for professional project management.
An Organization's administrator may deactivate or remove user accounts at any time as part of normal workforce management. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, non-payment by the Organization, or as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Company's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees paid to the Company for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email notification prior to changes taking effect.
